maylands - cool house
at the crest of caledonian ave is a really cool house with a really ugly colorbond fence. it used to have a big abandoned lot out the back and one time i went to a house party there and we lit a fire in this abandoned lot and i held hands with alyce even though i had the flu.
this is where i met parking lot scott, my photographer friend. p.l.s. says that strava art is lame because when you go for a run or a bikeride, you should be focused on the purity of the run, not what funny shape it will make when you sync up your watch. i disagree. i like these gps drawings.
there was a really funny real estate agent on the front of this fence. he was an aw shucks underdog.
after naomi and parking lot scott moved out, a group of lunkhead knuckledraggers moved in. they were in a psych rock band and were always forgetting to take out their bins. the piles of trash just built up outside the fence. their tinnies were always rolling down the street and one time when i was out of tallyho papers, i went over to their porch and pinched some. i cant remember what their band was. i think it was greivous bodily calm.
