maylands - old drying sheds
next to the brickworks kiln is a big structure of corrugated iron rooves and something called a "pug mill". its quite easy to get inside this place, and even go to the top of the mill.
there used to be a lot of drying sheds and only a small fraction remain. i guess they dried bricks here.
