mysterious olympic pool
not an olympic pool, it is a mystery to me as to why i even wrote this. usually when i make something up (which is rarer than people think) i have good rationale for the lie. this time i really didnt. was i trying to fill some negative space with long words? or was it.. oh yeah, right, when i was seven i visited this pool because it was attached to my aunts house at bricklands and i remember it being really huge, and then when i returned twenty years later, it was twenty times smaller. but this is a cliche of suburban memoir!!!
perhaps when i had this idea six months ago, it felt like an olympic idea, but since spending 500 more hours on the project, it is now a kiddy pool idea.
